- Contact form: your name, email address, and the subject and message you send us.

Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.
- Performance data: we use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly our pages load. It collects anonymous performance metrics and does not use cookies to track you.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.
How we use your information
- To send you our newsletter and launch updates if you subscribed.
- To respond to your messages and inquiries.
- To keep the Site secure and protect it against spam and abuse.

Service providers we use
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Mailchimp (Intuit): stores newsletter subscribers and sends our emails.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google reCAPTCHA: helps protect our newsletter form from bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Vercel: hosts the Site and provides performance measurement.
- Instagram (Meta) and Fontshare: some images and fonts on the Site load directly from these services, which may receive your IP address when they do.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Kunaya, our visitors or others.
How long we keep information
We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records. Rate-limiting data is held in temporary memory and discarded automatically.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or on our unsubscribe page.
- Access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at Faridat@tastekunaya.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor applicable requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site or in our newsletter.
